East Suffolk Council is beginning work on a New Local Plan which will guide how the area grows and develops up to 2045. A Call For Sites was held between Monday 20th October 2025 and Friday 9th January 2026 and has now closed. This invited submissions of sites for a wide range of uses including housing, employment and other development for consideration for inclusion in the new Local Plan. All sites can be viewed on the call for sites submission map.
