Badly drawn beetles were rampaging all over the Village Hall on Friday 23rd October as the final celebratory event of the year was held - a good old fashioned Beetle Drive!

To celebrate 50 years since the Hall was built, the Committee organised a whole year of events, culminating in the Beetle Drive. It was a great fun retro evening with a fast-paced dice game and all those in attendance had a brilliant time. The evening was suitable for the whole family, and villagers from age 3 to 83 joined in with the fun.

The winning team was Leo and Ben, who won a posh box of biscuits - and the losers were Georgie and Trevor who took home the wooden spoon!

The Committee would like to thank all those who attended this year's celebrations, and promise to work hard to ensure that the Hall will be there hosting the community of Bucklesham for the next 50 years.
