Bucklesham Parish Council cannot solve the Cost of Living Crisis or many other of today’s problems like loneliness and isolation, but we do try to make the lives of our residents better in little ways – and we hope those little ways make a bigger difference to some of you. With that in mind, working in conjunction with the Community Council, we are planning on hosting community gatherings in the Village Hall on Saturday mornings once in a while. So, please come along to the very first…
Cuppas and Cakes Café
In Bucklesham Village Hall
Saturday 11th April from 10am to 12pm
Free cuppas and cakes for all residents
Chat, laugh, eat, drink, and play a board game or a game of cards with your neighbours, friends and families
These informal social events could also become an opportunity for us to signpost residents to any agencies that could help with some of the issues we all face as a result of living in a rural community. We would love the Hall packed with people, whether you have lived in Bucklesham for years, or just a few weeks. Come and say hello and over a free cuppa and a cake.
