All Bucklesham residents are invited to a
Village Meeting
Wednesday 20th May 2026 from 6:00 to 7:00pm
In Bucklesham Village Hall
To share your thoughts with the Parish Council on
East Suffolk Council’s ‘Call For Sites’ Submission Map
There are 8 sites in Bucklesham that are included on the map. These sites have been submitted to ESC following their ‘Call For Sites’ but it is important to remember that no assessment of the suitability of the sites has been made so far and no planning applications have been submitted.
In anticipation that Bucklesham Parish Council will be asked for comments from ESC as to the suitability of these sites, the Council are inviting residents to share their views. Beauly Homes have approached the Parish Council with regards to Site 10, land on Main Road opposite Meadow View. Representatives from Beauly Homes will be present at the meeting. They are in the early stages of preparing their proposals and welcome feedback. They will be there to present their ideas and to answer questions from residents.
This will be followed by a Parish Council meeting at 7pm, in order for the Parish Council to formulate their response to the ‘Call for Sites’ submission map, should they be asked for comment.
If you would like to share your views but cannot make it to the meeting please contact the Parish Council Clerk, Ruth Johnson
