New members always welcome ~ The Bucklesham Carpet Bowls Club meets on Wednesday afternoons 2pm in Bucklesham Village Hall and is always looking for new members.
We would welcome anyone interested in a friendly evening out to come along and have a bowl.
The session has a very social flavour when 3 games are completed. The teams are selected at random by drawing names out of a hat. We have a tea break after two games, when this enables us to catch up on village news. The Club plays friendly matches home and away, the home team providing a tea and raffle at the end of play.
We also run singles and doubles competitions each year when a shield is presented to the winners at a cheese and wine evening. If your aim is to get fit and make new friends then come and join us.
