Probably the best village in the world
As you may be aware the North Felixstowe Garden Neighbourhood Project has been out for consultation and has been subject to several public meetings as part of that consultation. There are still no set plans for the area and the proposals remain at a consultation stage. It is expected that the council will make a decision on the best way to move forward by Spring 2025 at which stage the landowners will seek outline planning permission.
Mike and I are well aware that the meetings have taken place within Felixstowe and the Citizens Panel was also drawn from Felixstowe residents almost exclusively, which means that those in the surrounding villages have had less opportunity to look at the proposals and how they can affect our peninsula or the chance to ask any questions.
We have therefore chosen to
and would welcome all residents from our villages to come along at their convenience. We will have all of the boards which have been shown at previous public events in Felixstowe. If there are any questions we cannot answer we will note them down and get back to you.
