A recent RoSPA inspection showed that many pieces of the Play Equipment on the Playing Field are in need of urgent replacement. The equipment was installed 21 years ago, and although some of it is still doing well, it is clear that many pieces have seen better days. Replacing all the original equipment will be a very large project and we need your help!
As part of the process of applying for many grants, we need to show that we have the support of the village residents. If you have children or grandchildren that use the field, nieces or nephews that come to visit and play on the equipment, or any other friends and family that make use of the facilities, it would really help our applications enormously if you could show your support in writing.
It doesn’t have to be a long essay – just a short email to say that you are aware that the equipment is in need of updating and why you think it’s important that we replace it.
